These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
The purchase contract is concluded between Space Flower GmbH, Vienna, Austria and you as the customer.
By submitting an order you make a binding purchase offer. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation by email.
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include the statutory value added tax. Payment is made via the methods offered during the checkout process.
We deliver to the address provided during the order process. Delivery times and costs are shown during checkout.
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Austrian law (ABGB and Consumer Protection Act).
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Space Flower GmbH, kennethvillagran8@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. It is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
