Freshness & Quality

Our roses are delivered directly from Ecuadorian highland farms. For best freshness, we recommend placing the flowers in water immediately upon receipt.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at kennethvillagran8@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
